At Strika International, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality sports nets, safety nets, and astro turf. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refund after Dispatch
Once an order has been processed, cut, customized, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
All our nets and turf products are made or cut to specific sizes as per customer requirements, so they are non-returnable and non-refundable after dispatch.
2. Refund Before Order Confirmation
You may request a refund or cancellation only before your order is processed or shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed & credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Our team will review the issue and may provide a replacement (not refund) at our discretion. The replaced products will be delivered within 5-10 days .
4. Customized Products
All custom-sized nets, turf, or installations are made specifically as per your order and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
